Bill Payment Options

Mt. Tipton Water has instituted two new ways for customers to pay their bill using a credit/debit card. This adds to a variety of ways for customers to pay their bill. Please see information below for all our options:

Payment by Phone

To pay by phone, please have your card and most recent bill handy. You will need your account number that is printed on the bill. Call (toll-free) 855-4Telpay (855-483-5729). When you are asked for an identification code, use code# 8644111. Follow all prompts that you are asked. This service is provided by a third-party billing system (Softelpay). There will be a nominal charge for this service.

Payment by Internet

You will need to click the link, please have your card and most recent bill handy. You will need your account number and the amount you want to pay. When you are asked for an identification code, use code# 8644111. Follow the instructions to complete your transaction. This service is provided by a third-party billing system. There will be a nominal charge for this service.

Payment by Mail

If paying by mail, please send check or money order to the following address:

Payment through your Banking Online Bill Pay

Most banks/financial institutions can help their customers by giving them the ability to pay their bills online through a service provided by their bank. Please check with your bank/financial institution fordetails.

Payments can be made by cash, check or money order. There is a drop box provided for payments after hours. We discourage customers from dropping cash through the night slot.
