Mt. Tipton Water Company Inc. was established in 1972 as a non-profit water company, owned by it's members, to service the needs of the Dolan Springs community. We fall under the rules and regulations of the Arizona Corporation Commission, Utilities Division. Through this division, " The Arizona Corporation Commission maintains regulatory authority over private water and sewer companies throughout Arizona."
